We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make your experience smooth and reliable.


1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or canceled.


2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • Item received is incorrect

  • Item is lost in transit (confirmed)

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo/video proof


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in product appearance (color, size perception, lighting)

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs


4. Replacements

Where possible, we prioritize sending a replacement instead of issuing a refund.


5. Shipping & Delivery

As a global online store, we work with international suppliers.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout

  • Delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control

Refunds will not be issued for delays unless the item is confirmed lost.


6. Supplier Fulfillment

BulbGlow partners with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders.

  • All refund and return requests must be handled through us

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first

  • We manage all communication with suppliers on your behalf
